Shipping

Standard Shipping and Handling: Personalzed orders begin processing once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained. Personalized orders are estimated to take fifteen to twenty *business days to be shipped. We generally ship our personalized labels via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) but may elect to ship via other carriers at our discretion. Shipping to US locations generally takes up to 3 *business days with USPS. Shipping to Canada may take up to 10 *business days. Although our estimates are typically very accurate, please note that there may be times (though rare) when packages are delivered sooner or later than estimated. You will be noified of any changes to your order if any should occur.

Shipments to International Addresses: At this time, we are only shipping to physical addresses and P.O. Boxes within the 50 US States and physical addresses in Canada.

Returns

We do not accept returns on personalized labels, vouchers, gift boxes or gift cards.

Cancellations

All sales are final. Orders are processed immediately after submission. Cancellations once your order has been placed are not accepted.

Delivery

Each of our packages are carefully tracked and monitored for delivery (with some requiring signature verification). Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we assume no responsibility for the loss of your package. If you require insurance for your package, please contact us to make a special arrangements.
